There will be tables and chairs to sit and relax, eat your lunch, or anything like that. You are welcome to bring camp chairs, blankets, wagons, or strollers.

Weapons and illegal substances are prohibited. Tents, umbrellas, coolers, and other structures are prohibited. Outside alcohol is prohibited at the Festival. Alcohol will not be served at the Festival to anyone without a valid ID. 

The Regatta Day Festival is a rain or shine event and will not be canceled unless the Regatta is canceled. The Regatta is also a rain or shine event that is only canceled in cases of lightning or extreme weather.

The Regatta Day Festival and Regatta viewing at Erickson Park have no tickets or admission costs. Seating and parking are first-come, first-serve. If you are able to park at our off-site parking at Ocean State Job Lot in Gales Ferry and take our complimentary shuttle, please do so to allow those with special needs and disabilities to utilize our on-site parking.

Pets are definitely welcome! Pets and service animals must be leashed at all times, and pets are not allowed on the shuttle from Ocean State Job Lot to the Festival. Due to anticipated attendance, please do not bring your pets if they are uncomfortable around children or large crowds. Please bring dog waste bags; you are responsible for cleaning up after your pup.

Absolutely! We would love volunteers to help promote this event through flyers or social media, or day-of volunteers for setup and cleanup. If you are interested in volunteering, send an e-mail to event coordinator Jessica Buhle at info@regattadayfestival.com.

There are no other representatives for this event, so do not register with anyone else or pay anyone else on Facebook or otherwise.

We are not accepting direct sales or corporate vendors at this time.
